2018 is here and so are the gorgeous jewelry trends. Some are familiar and carrying on from last year and some are new and ready to explode onto the scene!

That's right...rose gold! This warm metal tone is not going anywhere in 2018 and will continue to pop up in jewelry everywhere, particularly engagement rings. Gaining popularity in 2017, rose gold could be seen in everything from home decor to smart phones. While the trend is waning in home decor, it's going STRONG in jewelry and it's understandable—this glowing warm tone looks great on ALL skin tones and adds great interest to jewelry.
Pear-shaped diamonds and gemstones are all the rage for 2018. This glamorous shape is a striking combination of the classic round shape and the sophisticated marquise shape.
What many love about this shape is the ability to wear it two different ways: with the point up or down. It also flatters any hand shape and can make fingers look slimmer!
Bright, vibrant, intense colors will be seen everywhere in 2018. The deeper the hue, the better!
This is another trend that keeps going strong. Layering necklaces have been popular for a while now and will continue to be. Keep mixing up those layers, ladies!
At the other end of the color spectrum trend will be crystal clear clarity...crystals and diamonds that is! Asscher cut diamonds are perfect for showcasing clarity and likely to be a popular cut for engagement rings in 2018. A caveat with the Asscher cut...make sure you go for the highest color and clarity as you can afford since they show off flaws very easily.
