This vintage inspired necklace features a bright and lively 1.05ct cushion cut Swiss blue topaz set in a full bezel detailed with a double row milgrain and accented with two round diamond marquise shapes. Comes with an 18 inch 14K white gold rope chain. Also available in 14K yellow gold upon request. Designed by Allison Kaufman.
