The Most Beautiful Jewelry at the 2019 Golden Globes

It's time for a new awards season and we are ready for it! This week the 76th Annual Golden Globes held by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and hosted by Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh on Sunday, January 6th kicked off our 2019 awards season.

It's always exciting at the beginning of the year to wonder what trends we will see on the red carpet. Last year, we saw earrings take center stage and, of course, diamonds! But, we know diamonds will always be one of the stars during awards season!

So, what did we see? Jaw-dropping diamond necklaces, enormous statement earrings (they're back!), and beautiful bangles. Here are a few of our favorite moments from the red carpet.

Lady Gaga

We just wrote about  Lady Gaga and her gorgeous engagement ring, and she's back front and center with her absolutely amazing look at the Golden Globes.

Even when she's understated, she makes a statement. Her periwinkle Valentino gown and matching blue hair was the perfect backdrop for the $5 million worth of jewelry she wore. The 80-carat Aurora necklace that is named after the northern lights with 300 pear-shaped and round stones plus the massive 20-carat center diamond was blindingly beautiful. And let's not forget the $115,000 cluster earrings and bracelets. Showstopping, indeed!

Always classy and fun on the red carpet, this original "Pretty Woman" took her look took the next level with 26.45-carats of pear-shaped diamond drop earrings that were effortlessly chic.

Judith Light

Judith Light, from Who's the Boss fame back in the 80's, clearly reminded us all the pearls can make a statement. We love her use of tone on tone styling with the white pearls and white column gown by Christian Siriano .

Amber Heard

Amber must have "Heard" somewhere that more is more and she showed us very nicely that piling on earrings, bracelets, and rings can look very sophisticated!
