All in-stock items are returnable within 45 days of purchase as long as they are unaltered and in like new condition. We will inform you before shipping out if an item is non-returnable, there will be no surprises. Non-returnable items include custom or altered (including sized rings) pieces, or items that need to be special ordered for you. We make an effort to keep all of our store pieces in-stock, you will be notified if an item needs to be special ordered.
Returned items must be postmarked by the 45th day after purchase, it may arrive by mail after that date. All returned items must have a return authorization number written on the outside of the package, any package that does not have a valid RA# will be refused and returned to sender. Please call or email for an RA# within 45 days of purchase. We are unable to refund any shipping costs.
